With this professional application (app) maize growers can determine the ideal harvest time with their smartphone in the crop. Based upon an estimation of the dry matter percentage of the total crop the Maize Manager will calculate the optimal harvest date, taking into account any crop risks, weather forecasts and specific requirements (bypass starch). The app also provides a harvest alarm. The app is suitable for use by forage consultants and contractors.
